I have a Sanyo Katana for Sprint. When I checked it using your service, it came up clean. However, a customer who bought this from me (I am a cell phone re-seller) told me that when he called Sprint to get it activated, they said it could not be activated. They also said something on the terms of it being flashed. Now I love your service as I use it for all my CDMA phones, but this has happened a few times. The ESN DEC on this phone is 00600681377. HEX is 0608DF01. Could you tell me if it is for sure flashed and if so, what provider it is flashed to? Thank you for the great service!

I just checked with Sprint and the system shows it was deactivated today actually.

So, I guess it's clear to be used now.

So it's not flashed to anything?

There's no way for me or Sprint to know that.

Flashing is done to the software on the phone, the carrier has no idea what the phone has had done to it.
