For T-Mobile EIP check, you'll receive 2 results per check.

One is from T-Mobile to see if the device is eligible for use on T-Mobile's network, and the other is from NCIC.

The T-Mobile record will either show isBlocked if it is not eligible for use on T-Mobile, or notBlocked if it is eligible.

The NCIC is a national police database maintained by the CJIS (or FBI) in which police agencies store information for many different things, including stolen electronics.

If the NCIC result shows "cleanESN", then there doesn't appear to be a record of that ESN (or IMEI) in the NCIC database.
