Sprint is disabled right now, that's why it shows to CALL sprint to check esns.

If you're doing it for Sprint, it's because SPRINT IS DISABLED AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're using a Verizon device and checking it against the Verizon database, it works just fine.

Did you select Verizon from the drop down menu? I've checked it 3 times and each time shows clean.

Long time user of the site, just joined. Thanks for providing the service, it's helped out a ton. I'm receiving the same issue as the original poster. Verizon states "error +1." MEID HEX is A000002F8678DB. Can you please look into this?

Hmm, the API was returning the code for calling into Verizon to validate the ESN but it wasn't showing up on here. I have adjusted it and it should be fine now.
