Good source for replacement 4/4s LCD assemblies?

We get our replacement screens from eBay and lately more have been arriving broken than working. Here are some common issues with the screens we've been getting:

LCD doesn't turn on at all
LCD completely white
Bright areas on LCD's on edges
LCD distorts on edges when lightly pressed

Any of these issues results in us having to replace the LCD all over again. Is there a decent source for LCD assemblies out there that are of better quality? Any advice would be appreciated. It's getting really annoying to keep 4-5 in stock and end up with only one that works.

Wholesalegadgetparts.com is fine, but there is one better for the price. I recommend phonepartsusa.com and also I highly recommend getting a tester flex cable so you don't have to install the screen only to find out that the lcd is bad or something.
