WebOS is definitely down but not out . With thousands of new Web OS tablet owners and Web OS going open source, there is still some possible life in these devices. IOS and Android need the competition. Anyhow, here is a link to a site that shows how to unlock most if not all gsm WebOS devices.

I have used this but I was unable to get an unlock code. I think it might be because I'm in win7 x64...
