I bought a Verizon LTE phone last week. The guy still has his Verizon sim card in there to showed me that phone worked (CleanESN). I has been using it for a coupe of days with tmobile. Today I checked the ESN and it showed StolenESN but it still works with my tmobile sim card. I thought StolenESN will be blacklisted on all US carriers? Or tmobile just haven't update their system with the shared blacklists yet? Anyway, my time with this phone is numbered now Sad

Check the IMEI on the IMEI Blacklist. They may have only flagged the MEID and not the IMEI.

Then it will eventually be blocked from being used at all. Some times it can take 5 minutes, sometimes a week, and even a month.
