CheckESNFree.com can not guarantee the accuracy of the response that may come from the selected providers or services and by using CheckESNFree.com you ('the visitor/sponsor/subscriber') understand that the information provided comes from the provider or service itself via a remote request and is delivered to you instantly.

CheckESNFree.com can not guarantee the length of time that each provider will allow ESN checking against their services and does not offer any guarantee to anyone that every provider listed will be available when requesting an ESN check.

CheckESNFree.com is not liable for the response received during your ESN check and can not be held accountable by any legal standards or suit in a court of law.

CheckESNFree.com payments are handled via PayPal's Automatic Recurring Payment System and is billed automatically every 30 days after the initial signup date. If you choose to cancel your service, you may do so by clicking Unsubscribe here, or from the Sponsors menu.

CheckESNFree.com may offer a pro-rated refund at the site administratior's discretion. If a refund is granted, a fee may be deducted from the refund for the time required to process the refund, or to remove or replace advertisers ad images for those sponsors.
